The other day a friend showed me some interesting endgames and urged me to post something like these in my blog. He loves to take up the challenge of solving Xiangqi problems.

Now we are presenting the following two puzzles to start with. Rate yourself a fairly strong player if you succeed in finding the ways to victory.
