Wonders in real play

An interesting example from the endgame books I am looking at recently, these endgames have their roots in the ancient literature of Xiangqi, even a casual look or light study of them can work wonders when in real play.










The next example is from "The Complete Xiangqi Checkmates" by Li Delin, Liu Debin and Liu Dezhen, published in 1990.
